The past few years I have experienced racism and injustice in places I considered myself once safe. While watching the video of George Floyd, all I wanted to do was scream, punch and fight. I am afraid for my brothers and sisters. I am afraid for my family and friends. I am afraid for my own life. It’s sad because I know the answer is simple, but it will take people being uncomfortable to fix it. All I am asking is that you See Me I Am Human Too. Don’t be afraid. See US We Are Human Too!
